MOvich Hotels
The confirmation of this commercial proposal implies the client's knowledge and acceptance of the Hotel's policies.
General Condition
The entry and registration of a minor at the hotel must be done in the company of his/her parents, presenting the Civil Registry. If the minor arrives accompanied by an adult other than a parent, the responsible adult must present a letter of authorization authenticated by a notary or apostilled by the competent authority of the country of origin. The letter must include: names of the minor and his/her parents, identification numbers of the minor and his/her parents, signature of at least one of the parents and copy of the identity documents of the parents, the minor and the authorized person.
Taxes
VAT at 19% is payable when the invoice is issued.
Tax Exemption
According to Article 481 of the Tax Statute, you may be exempt from VAT on your lodging.
Admission of children
It must be done in the company of their parents. For nationals, civil registry; for foreigners, passport or equivalent document. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his/her parents, an authenticated (nationals) or apostilled (foreigners) letter of authorization is required with names, IDs, signatures and photocopies of the parents' identity cards. For minors without parents or without a legal representative, the authorization must be processed before the ICBF or equivalent entity abroad. If these requirements are not met, the minor will not be allowed to enter and a penalty will be applied as applicable. According to article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, sexual exploitation and abuse of minors are punishable by criminal and civil penalties.
Booking Confirmation
To confirm your reservation, you must guarantee it within 48 hours by doing the following:
1. Prepayment of the first night or total reservation.
2. Registration of a credit card authorizing the application of charges in case of penalties.
Refundable Rate
If your rate is refundable, you may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 48 hours prior to check-in, in mid/low season or 5 days in advance in high season. In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation within 48 hours prior to check-in, 20% of the total reservation will be charged. In case of no-show or cancellation after the check-in date, a charge equivalent to 20% of the total reservation or the value of the first night, whichever is greater, will be applied. Reservation changes are subject to availability and may affect the rate, which may require a new quote.
Non-Refundable Rate
If your rate is non-refundable, no cancellations or changes are allowed. You must pay 100% of the reservation within 48 hours.

Colombian National Police
Valid until 01/15/2026 for National Police personnel, with preferential and differential benefits in lodging, gastronomy and spa in the hotels of the Movich Hotels chain. A 30% to 50% discount is granted on public rates without restrictions in all hotels of the chain, applicable to reservations made through www.movichhotels.com with the code POLICIA or by contacting the reservation center at +57 (601) 4824466 / +57 316289377. The values shown do not include VAT (19%), which will be added to the total amount of the reservation. The rate applies for a standard room for two adults and one child under 11 years of age per night, with a maximum capacity of three people, with an additional cost per extra adult. The hotel insurance, optional, has a value of $16,700 VAT included per night per person. Rates are valid until January 15, 2026 and may be updated by the person in charge of the commercial alliance. This offer is valid only at Movich Hotels located in cities across Colombia.
Only one points-earning transaction per person (using your national ID number) is allowed per day. If you earn up to 500 points in a single transaction, the points will appear immediately in your account. If you earn more than 500 points in a single transaction, it may take up to 30 days for the points to show up in your account. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they’re earned.
You can only earn points at physical Movich Hotel locations, with hotel stays or by using services at their restaurants and spas (digital channels do not apply). You’ll earn points regardless of your payment method—credit, debit, cash, or other financing options (except when redeeming points).

To redeem your Puntos Colombia, the account holder must present their physical ID and personally enter their Puntos Colombia account PIN. Once the redemption is successful for hotel, restaurant, or spa services, the points will be immediately deducted from your account. You can pay for services using both cash and points. The minimum amount for redemption is 200 Puntos Colombia. If you cancel a hotel, spa, or restaurant service after earning points, those points may be debited from your account and could even result in a negative balance, as specified in the Program Rules. This Cashback campaign applies to all hotels in the Movich chain and exclusively to group reservations of 10 or more rooms per confirmed night that include an event with accommodation, provided that the reservation and stay take place between October 7, 2025, and January 15, 2026. For Movich Buró 26, Movich Buró 51, Movich Casa del Alférez, Movich Pereira, and Movich Las Lomas hotels, the cashback benefit will be granted according to the following scale: (30 to 50 nights: $1,000,000 COP; 51 to 100 nights: $1,500,000 COP; more than 100 nights: COP $2,500,000). For the Intercontinental Movich Medellín and Movich Cartagena hotels, the following scale applies: (30 to 50 nights: $1,500,000 COP; 51 to 100 nights: $2,500,000 COP; more than 100 nights: $3,500,000 COP). The Cashback benefit can only be redeemed for purchases made during the event within the stipulated stay dates. Cashback is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, does not apply to additional services other than the event, and cannot be combined with other promotions or benefits. The Cashback benefit applies only to reservations that include an event with accommodation.
