This promotion comprises two components governed by independent but complementary terms and conditions: (i) an accommodation and promotional discount component, offered and marketed by the Movich Hotels chain, and (ii) a tour plan component, operated by a third party. The acquisition of the promotion by the customer implies knowledge and full acceptance of both terms and conditions, which are developed below independently and complementarily.
The “Movich Says Yes to Colombia” promotion consists of three distinct benefits that, together, offer customers a comprehensive lodging, wellness, and tourism experience with a thirty percent (30%) discount on each component. The conditions applicable to each component are described below:
(i) Accommodation component. The guest will receive a thirty percent (30%) discount on the current rack rate, which—for hotel purposes—is defined as the official, maximum public rate published by each hotel for a room on a given night, before the application of any discounts, promotions, negotiated rates, corporate agreements, commercial benefits, or loyalty programs. The discount will apply to each night included in the reservation. This service is offered and provided directly by Movich Hotels.
(ii) SPA component. Guests are entitled to a thirty percent (30%) discount on spa services available at Movich Hotels properties, with the exception of the Movich Casa del Alférez and Movich Cartagena de Indias hotels, which are expressly excluded from this benefit. To take advantage of the discount, guests must make a reservation for the service in advance, which is subject to availability at the time of the request. This service is offered and provided directly by Movich Hotels.
(iii) Tourist experience component. The customer will receive a thirty percent (30%) discount on the value of a tour package managed by Explore and Travel, which acts as a travel intermediary facilitating access to experiences offered by independent partner operators. Movich Hotels informs the customer that the actual execution of this component is the responsibility of Explore and Travel or its partner suppliers. In its commitment to complete customer satisfaction, Movich Hotels will ensure that the promotional experience is delivered according to the terms and conditions offered.
In the event that the customer presents claims related to any of the components of the promotion, they may contact Movich Hotels through its official customer service channels, and Movich Hotels will manage the request diligently and promptly until its effective resolution, without prejudice to the corresponding actions against the allied provider responsible for the provision of the service.
Validity.
The promotion will be valid for reservations made and stays carried out between May twenty-five (25) and August sixteen (16) 2026, with August sixteen (16) 2026 being the last possible stay date; it applies to all properties of the Movich Hotels chain, with the exception of the following property block dates: Intercontinental Movich Medellín, May twenty-fourth (24) and from August first (01) to tenth (10) 2026; Movich Las Lomas, from August first (01) to tenth (10) 2026; Movich Pereira, from August twenty-one (21) to twenty-third (23) 2026; and Movich Casa del Alférez, from August tenth (10) to seventeenth (17) 2026;
General Conditions.
Exclusions. This promotion does not apply to reservations made with employee rates, Movich Light rates, groups of ten (10) rooms or more, romantic packages or any other current package or promotion of the chain.
Non-cumulative. The benefit granted in each component of the promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, special rates, corporate benefits, agreements or loyalty programs in effect at the time of booking.
Availability and sales channel. All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking and will only be considered confirmed once validated by Movich Hotels. This promotion is sold exclusively directly through the official communication channel via WhatsApp at +57 314 271 1520. Therefore, it will not be recognized or applied if requested or arranged through third parties, external platforms, or other unauthorized channels.
Modification or termination of the promotion. Movich Hotels may modify, suspend, extend, restrict, or terminate this promotion for operational, commercial, or force majeure reasons, by means of a notice published on its official channels at least three (3) calendar days in advance. Modifications or termination of the promotion will not affect reservations that are duly confirmed and paid as of the date of said notice, which will be honored under the originally agreed-upon conditions. Movich Hotels may reject reservations that do not comply with the conditions established in these terms.
Refund policy. The promotional rate applicable to the accommodation component is non-refundable in the event of voluntary cancellation by the customer. This does not apply when: (i) the cancellation is attributable to Movich Hotels; (ii) the provision of the service is impossible due to causes attributable to Movich Hotels; or (iii) a duly documented force majeure or fortuitous event occurs that prevents the guest from using the reservation. In any of these cases, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the accommodation component within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the request.
By making a reservation, making a payment (full or partial) or participating in any of the services offered by Explore and Travel, the client freely and unequivocally declares that they know, understand and fully accept these General Terms and Conditions.
These terms are considered validly communicated by any physical or digital means, including email, messaging applications such as WhatsApp, website, social networks or business documents, and such means constitute valid proof of their communication and acceptance.
Explore and Travel acts as a tour operator and/or intermediary depending on the contracted service, coordinating services provided by third parties such as transporters, guides, hotels, restaurants, local operators and other suppliers.
When acting as an intermediary, Explore and Travel will not be responsible for the actual performance of services provided directly by such third parties.
The client acknowledges and accepts that tourism service providers are independent third parties, who act under their own responsibility and have their own service provision conditions.
6.1 Cancelaciones por parte del cliente
Las cancelaciones deben ser notificadas por escrito a través de los canales oficiales de Explore and Travel.
Dependiendo de la anticipación, se aplicarán las siguientes penalidades referenciales:
Una vez iniciado el servicio, no habrá reembolso por servicios no utilizados.
6.2 Política NO SHOW
Se considera NO SHOW cuando el cliente:
En casos de NO SHOW se cobrará el 100% del valor del servicio, sin derecho a reembolso.
6.3 Servicios especiales y temporadas altas
En situaciones ajenas al control de Explore and Travel, tales como, sin limitarse a:

En estos casos no hay devolución de dinero, salvo valores reintegrados directamente por proveedores.
Explore and Travel rechaza de manera absoluta cualquier forma de explotación sexual, en especial la explotación sexual comercial de niños, niñas y adolescentes (ESCNNA), así como el denominado turismo sexual.
En cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en la Colombia, en particular la Ley 679 de 2001 y la Ley 1336 de 2009, el cliente se abstendrá de realizar, promover o facilitar este tipo de conductas.
El cliente reconoce que este tipo de conductas constituye un delito y que su ocurrencia dará lugar a las acciones legales correspondientes.
El cliente autoriza el tratamiento de sus datos conforme a la Ley 1581 de 2012, para fines operativos, comerciales y administrativos relacionados con la prestación del servicio.
El tratamiento de los datos personales se realizará conforme a la Política de Protección de Datos Personales de Explore and Travel, la cual se encuentra disponible para consulta a través de los canales oficiales de la empresa.
