This offer is valid only at Movich Hotels located in cities across Colombia.
Only one points-earning transaction per person (using your national ID number) is allowed per day. If you earn up to 500 points in a single transaction, the points will appear immediately in your account. If you earn more than 500 points in a single transaction, it may take up to 30 days for the points to show up in your account. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they’re earned.
You can only earn points at physical Movich Hotel locations, with hotel stays or by using services at their restaurants and spas (digital channels do not apply). You’ll earn points regardless of your payment method—credit, debit, cash, or other financing options (except when redeeming points).
You can accumulate Points regardless of the payment method used to purchase the product or service (credit, debit and cash, or other financing mechanism, except Point redemption).
ou won’t earn points if you pay with vouchers issued by the hotel, complimentary services, service exchanges, redemption of points from other loyalty programs (like MOVICH DREAMS), or if you use credit balances from cancellations that weren’t refunded in cash.

To redeem your Puntos Colombia, the account holder must present their physical ID and personally enter their Puntos Colombia account PIN. Once the redemption is successful for hotel, restaurant, or spa services, the points will be immediately deducted from your account. You can pay for services using both cash and points. The minimum amount for redemption is 200 Puntos Colombia. If you cancel a hotel, spa, or restaurant service after earning points, those points may be debited from your account and could even result in a negative balance, as specified in the Program Rules. Cancellations, changes, or questions about reservations must be handled directly with Movich Hotels through their customer service channels: by email at atencionalcliente@movichhotels.com or by phone at +57 (601) 4824466. The Right of Withdrawal applies according to Article 47 of Colombia’s Consumer Statute, Law 1480 of 2011. This process must be requested through the customer service channels provided by Puntos Colombia. Within the framework of the commercial alliance with Movich Hotels, duly accredited beneficiaries may access exclusive benefits, subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions detailed below: a fifteen percent (15%) discount on the best publicly available rate at the time of booking, applicable to accommodations in any of the seven (7) hotels in the Movich chain, a benefit that will be subject to availability and cannot be combined with other special rates, corporate agreements, or current discounts; a ten percent (10%) discount on à la carte dishes and non-alcoholic beverages in all hotels in the chain, applicable only to restaurant services (tables) with a maximum of eight (8) people; and a twenty percent (20%) discount on Movich Spa services in the cities of Medellín, Pereira, Bogotá (Movich Buró 26), and Barranquilla, expressly excluding Casa del Alférez (Cali), Cartagena, and KUA Spa, a benefit applicable to up to four (4) people per visit. All benefits apply to the room types available at each Movich hotel. To use any of the benefits, guests must present a document or accreditation identifying them as a beneficiary of the partner hotel at check-in. If such accreditation is not presented, the hotel may refrain from granting the partnership benefits without this constituting a breach of contract. The benefits described do not constitute a permanent obligation or an acquired right, and Movich Hotels reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel them at any time, after notifying the partner hotel, without incurring any liability or obligation to provide compensation.
