TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “MOVICH SÍ TE DA +” PROMOTION

The “Movich Sí Te Da +” promotion (hereinafter, the “Promotion”) is organized by Movich Hotels and will be valid for bookings with stays between March 13 and June 10, 2026, applicable to the participating hotels of the chain, in accordance with these terms and conditions.

1. Benefits of the Promotion

During the validity period, each eligible reservation may request the allocation of one (1) of the available promotional benefits, which must be chosen at the time of check-in, or with the advance notice referred to in point 1.2 if applicable, and enjoyed exclusively during the same stay, provided that there is effective availability at the time of allocation.

The benefits of the Promotion will be applied differently depending on the type of reservation, as established in sections 1.1 (individual reservations) and 1.2 (group reservations) below.

For individual bookings, the Promotion's benefits are associated with each room included in the reservation. Therefore:

• All guests staying in the same room must choose the same benefit, which will be applied uniformly to all occupants of that room.

• When a single reservation includes more than one (1) room, each room may independently select one of the available benefits, and different benefits may be assigned between rooms, provided that the rule of one benefit per room is respected, subject to availability at the time of check-in.

Under no circumstances will it be possible to combine, split or assign different benefits to guests staying in the same room.

In the case of group bookings, the allocation and definition of benefits is not associated with the rooms individually, but with the group as a unit, and will be determined by the organizer, spokesperson or operator of the group, in accordance with the provisions exclusively in section 1.2 of this document.

1.1. Individual reservations

Individual reservations are those that do not correspond to group reservations as established in section 1.2 below.

Individual reservations may access, for each room included in the reservation, one (1) of the following benefits, subject to availability at the time of check-in:

• Individual dinner, consisting of one (1) gastronomic proposal defined by the hotel's Chef, which includes one (1) main course, one (1) non-alcoholic beverage, and one (1) dessert. The guest may choose their consumption from the options available defined by the hotel, respecting the restaurant's service hours, its availability, and the hotel's current operating conditions.

• Room upgrade, consisting of a change to the next higher room category than the one originally booked, when available

effective at the time of check-in, according to the type, inventory and operation of the hotel, without this implying an obligation to grant additional higher categories.

 

• Complimentary alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage, the composition, brand, presentation, quantity and delivery time of which will be defined by the hotel according to its operation.

1.2. Group bookings

Group reservations will be considered those that comprise ten (10) or more rooms effectively confirmed.

For this type of reservation:

· The organizer, spokesperson or operator of the group will be the only one authorized to define the benefits applicable to the group.

· The selection of benefits must be communicated to the hotel at least two (2) business days prior to check-in.

The benefits applicable to group bookings will be the following, subject to availability, inventory and hotel operating conditions:

· Group dinner, consisting of one (1) gastronomic proposal defined by the hotel Chef, which includes one (1) main course, one (1) non-alcoholic beverage and one (1) dessert per person.

The dinner will take place on a single occasion, in the space, date and time mutually agreed with the hotel.

The provision of the service does not constitute a single event, nor may it be divided, individualized, or exchanged for other services. However, nothing prevents the possibility of adding services or products at the client's request, which must be billed separately.

• Complimentary alcoholic or non-alcoholic group beverage, the composition, brand, presentation, quantity and delivery time of which will be defined by the hotel according to its operation, without this implying the performance of an exclusive event or service.

· One (1) complimentary room for every fifteen (15) rooms actually confirmed, to be enjoyed during the same stay of the group.

2. Availability and limitations

The benefits of the Promotion:

· They are subject to daily availability, limited spaces and the internal policies of each hotel.

· They may vary depending on occupancy, operating conditions, technical or service restrictions.

· Simultaneous availability of all three (3) promotional benefits is not guaranteed; however, the availability of at least one (1) of them will be guaranteed, subject to the hotel's operating conditions, even if the reservation was made within the Promotion's validity period.

· They will be assigned in order of arrival at check-in, without any obligation to reserve, block or guarantee inventory in advance.

Each participating hotel will autonomously define the number of units available per benefit, per date and per stay, without any obligation to maintain a minimum inventory.

If the specific benefit selected is not available at check-in, one (1) of the available promotional benefits will be assigned, without generating the right to compensation, refund, additional substitution or recognition other than the benefit actually granted.

3. Direct channels and additional discount

The fifteen percent (15%) discount on the accommodation rate applies exclusively to reservations made under the best available rate (“Best Available Rate”) by individuals who do not have corporate, negotiated or preferential rates.

This benefit does not apply to companies, group bookings, FIT rates, packages, events, corporate or group contracts, or bookings subject to commercial agreements previously agreed with Movich Hotels.

The discount will only be granted for bookings made through Movich Hotels' direct channels, including the official website www.movichhotels.com, the reservations center, telephone channels, WhatsApp or authorized email, using the promotional code “MAS”.

Under no circumstances will the discount apply to bookings made through third parties, agencies, OTAs or other intermediaries.

4. Exclusions and restrictions

· The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, benefits or conditions agreed in corporate or group contracts.

· The benefits are not transferable or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.

· It does not apply to subsequent modifications that alter the originally agreed conditions.

• This promotion does not apply to reservations made using Movich employee rates or benefits. It also does not apply to reservations made using the Movich Light rate.

5. Modifications and powers of the organizer

Movich Hotels reserves the right to modify, suspend, interpret or terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, for operational, commercial, legal or force majeure reasons, respecting reservations already confirmed in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The final interpretation will be the sole responsibility of Movich Hotels.

6. Prevalence and errors

In the event of any discrepancies between advertising materials, commercial or informational communications and these terms and conditions, the latter shall prevail. Movich Hotels shall not be liable for typographical, graphic, or interpretive errors.

7. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
