The promotion applies exclusively and only to reservations made and enjoyed on the occasion of the following events and dates:

The benefits associated with this promotion include:
Preferential rate with a 25% discount on the rate “Rack”, understood as the maximum published price without discounts or promotions.
Transportation service, applicable per person associated with the reservation, only once, per day, per trip on the following routes:
Hotel – Airport
Airport - Hotel
Hotel – Concert Venue
Concert Venue - Hotel
Breakfast included.
Free parking at the hotel, an exclusive benefit for hotel guests.
Snack per room, consisting of two (2) beers and two (2) sandwiches.
Early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability at check-in
The benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash.
The promotion is valid only for direct bookings made through the official Movich Hotels website or through the official telephone channels of the Reservations Center, using the promotional code CONCIERTO.
Exclusions and limitations
It is expressly stated that the Promotion DOES NOT APPLY to reservations made through indirect channels (OTAs).
Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or special rates.
Not applicable to groups larger than ten (10) reservations.
Not applicable to the Movich Light room category.
The benefits apply only to registered guests who meet the booking conditions and are staying during the dates of the concerts included in this promotion.
This promotion does not apply to Movich Hotels employees.
Terms and conditions of the transport service
The transportation service operates on schedules previously established by the hotel, which will be communicated in a timely manner.
The vehicle will wait a maximum of ten (10) minutes; after this time, the service will be provided with the passengers present and will be considered executed.
The service is shared and is subject to the operational capacity defined by the hotel.
The transportation service on the Hotel – Concert Venue – Hotel route is provided exclusively for travel within the urban perimeter of the city of Bogotá D.C.
It does not include transfers to or from municipalities, conurbations or any location outside the territorial jurisdiction of Bogotá D.C.
General aspects
Any event, date or concert not expressly mentioned in these T&Cs is excluded from this Promotion.
The hotel will not be responsible for delays or eventualities arising from traffic, road closures, weather conditions, force majeure or events beyond its control that affect the provision of the transport service.
By making a reservation using the code CONCIERTO, the guest declares that they know and fully accept these terms and conditions.
