T&C EVENT WITH ACCOMMODATION – END CUSTOMER
This Cashback campaign applies to all hotels in the Movich chain and exclusively to group reservations of 10 or more rooms per confirmed night that include an event with accommodation, provided that the reservation and stay take place between October 7, 2025, and January 15, 2026. For Movich Buró 26, Movich Buró 51, Movich Casa del Alférez, Movich Pereira, and Movich Las Lomas hotels, the cashback benefit will be granted according to the following scale: (30 to 50 nights: $1,000,000 COP; 51 to 100 nights: $1,500,000 COP; more than 100 nights: COP $2,500,000). For the Intercontinental Movich Medellín and Movich Cartagena hotels, the following scale applies: (30 to 50 nights: $1,500,000 COP; 51 to 100 nights: $2,500,000 COP; more than 100 nights: $3,500,000 COP). The Cashback benefit can only be redeemed for purchases made during the event within the stipulated stay dates. Cashback is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, does not apply to additional services other than the event, and cannot be combined with other promotions or benefits. If, at the end of the event, there is a balance in favor of the customer corresponding to the Cashback, the customer accepts and acknowledges that said value will be considered extinguished and cannot be used or redeemed on future occasions. In the event of partial cancellation or reduction in the number of nights reserved, the benefit will be adjusted proportionally. Confirmation of the reservation implies express acceptance of these conditions.

The Cashback and Overcommission Promotion applies to all hotels in the Movich chain and exclusively to group reservations of 10 or more rooms per night made for stays between October 7, 2025, and January 15, 2026. The Cashback benefit applies only to reservations that include an event with accommodation. For the Movich Buró 26, Movich Buró 51, Movich Casa del Alférez, Movich Pereira, and Movich Las Lomas hotels, the following scale will be taken into account: (30 to 50 nights: $1,000,000 COP; 51 to 100 nights: $1,500,000 COP; more than 100 nights: $2,500,000 COP). For the Intercontinental Movich Medellín and Movich Cartagena hotels, the following scale applies: (30 to 50 nights: $1,500,000 COP; 51 to 100 nights: $2,500,000 COP; more than 100 nights: $3,500,000 COP). The value granted must be redeemed exclusively for consumption during the event within the stipulated dates of stay. If at the end of the event there is any balance in favor of the customer corresponding to the Cashback, the customer accepts and acknowledges that said value will be considered extinguished and cannot be used or redeemed on future occasions.
The Overcommission benefit applies to travel agencies that make group reservations that include accommodation, without requiring an event, under the following scale:
30 to 50 nights: 2% extra; 51 to 100 nights: 3% extra; over 100 nights: 5% extra.
The benefits are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, cannot be combined with each other or with other promotions or discounts, and are only valid during the campaign dates. In the event of partial cancellation or reduction in the number of nights booked, the benefits will be adjusted proportionally. Confirmation of the reservation implies express acceptance of these terms and conditions.
